These are the currently listed standard specifications.
Actual speed, filling range and package quality depend on product density, product dimensions, dosing method, filling volume, bag size, film structure, sealing requirements and optional functions. The final configuration must be confirmed before ordering.
The LPM-320 can be evaluated for lightweight products such as corn puffs, cereal balls, snack rings and other extruded snacks.
Because puffed snacks can be fragile, the complete packaging system should be designed to reduce unnecessary product-drop height and impact.
Rice crackers and similar cereal snacks may be packed when their dimensions and fragility are compatible with the feeding and dosing systems.
The machine can be evaluated for shrimp chips and similar light snack products.
Product shape, breakage risk and target package weight should be provided during technical evaluation.
Compatible products may include:
Hard candy
Toffee
Milk candy
Individually wrapped confectionery
Other free-flowing granular sweets
Sticky, irregular or temperature-sensitive products may require additional testing.
The machine may also be used for compatible non-food granules or small components.
Food and non-food products should use appropriate product-contact materials and separate hygiene procedures.
The product is transferred from upstream equipment to the dosing or weighing system.
For snack products, feeding height and conveying method should be selected to reduce breakage.
The product is divided into the required package volume or weight by a compatible measuring system.
The existing 150–500 ml specification describes a volume range. Final package weight depends on product bulk density.
Packaging film is supplied from a roll and guided into the forming section.
Printed film may require registration-mark tracking to maintain the correct print position.
The roll film is formed into the required bag shape.
The machine supports a standard back-seal package, while other listed options may include gusseted, connected and punched bags.
The measured product is discharged into the formed bag.
Filling timing, discharge height and bag opening should be coordinated with the product’s size and flow characteristics.
The machine completes the longitudinal and horizontal seals.
Sealing temperature and time must be matched to the film material and operating speed.
The completed package is cut and discharged for inspection, collection or secondary packaging.
Optional date coding, labeling or hole punching can be integrated when confirmed in the machine configuration.
CTA: Confirm Your Packaging Configuration
The listed operating range is 5–90 bags per minute.
The maximum speed is not guaranteed for every product or bag. Larger filling volumes, fragile snacks, thicker films and optional coding functions may reduce the achievable speed.
The LPM-320 is intended for free-flowing granular materials rather than liquids.
Examples include puffed snacks, candy, rice crackers and shrimp chips.
The current product specification lists the following packaging formats:
Back-seal bags
Gusseted bags
Connected bags
Bags with hanging holes
Final bag compatibility should be confirmed using the required dimensions and packaging-film drawing.
The machine uses programmable controls to coordinate film feeding, measuring, sealing and cutting.
The exact PLC and electrical components should be listed in the final technical agreement.
The current configuration lists six interface languages:
Chinese
English
Russian
Spanish
Arabic
Hindi
Specify the required operating language when ordering.
The machine uses a servo system for film movement and positioning.
Printed-film applications should be tested with the actual registration marks and print layout.
The sealing system uses independent temperature control with automatic adjustment.
The existing specification lists temperature-control accuracy of up to ±1°C. This value should be confirmed for the final configuration and operating conditions.
The current product page states that the machine enclosure is made from 304 stainless steel.
Product-contact components should be listed separately in the final technical specification rather than assumed to use the same material.
Before requesting a quotation, provide:
Film structure
Film thickness
Roll-film width
Maximum roll diameter
Printed or unprinted film
Registration-mark dimensions
Bag width
Bag length
Seal width
Gusset dimensions, if required
Hanging-hole dimensions, if required
Target package weight
Required barrier properties
The currently listed compatible film structures include OPP/CPP, OPP/PE and PET/PE.
Film suitability should be confirmed through the actual specification or a film sample.
Puffed snacks can break during conveying, weighing and filling. Packaging speed should therefore be balanced with product protection.
Important considerations include:
Reducing the distance between the weighing system and the bag can help limit impact damage.
A gentle feeding and conveying method should be selected for fragile products.
The measuring system should match the product’s size, density, shape and flow characteristics.
Running at the maximum possible speed may not provide the best result for every snack. The correct speed should maintain stable filling and sealing without excessive breakage.
The bag should provide sufficient internal volume for the target weight without compressing or damaging the product.
The discharge conveyor and collection system should prevent filled bags from falling or accumulating in a way that damages the product or seals.
The current measuring range is listed in milliliters, which represents volume.
Package weight depends on the product’s bulk density.
For example, 300 ml of a lightweight puffed snack will weigh less than 300 ml of dense candy.
When requesting a quotation, provide:
Target package volume
Target net weight
Product bulk density, if available
Product dimensions
Acceptable weight tolerance
Required packs per minute
The dosing or weighing system should then be selected according to the actual product.

Choose the LPM-300 automatic liquid packing machine for compatible liquids and semi-liquid products.
The LPM-320 can serve as the final packaging stage of a puffed snack line.
A typical process may include:
Extrusion → Drying or Frying → Seasoning → Cooling → Product Conveying → Weighing → Bag Forming and Packing
Before packaging, the snack should reach a suitable temperature and condition.
Packaging a product while it is still too warm may contribute to condensation inside the bag. Excess surface oil or seasoning powder may also affect the weighing, filling and sealing areas.

Depending on the package and market requirements, ask whether the final configuration can include:
Date or batch coding
Automatic labeling
Hanging-hole punching
Printed-film registration
Gusset-forming components
Connected-bag cutting
Finished-package conveyor

Nitrogen-flushing preparation
Alternative measuring or weighing systems
These functions should not be treated as standard unless they are listed in the final quotation.
In particular, nitrogen flushing is not confirmed in the current standard specification. If required, state the residual-oxygen objective, gas supply and package requirements during technical discussion.

It can be evaluated for puffed snacks, candy, rice crackers, shrimp chips and other compatible granular products.
The LPM-320 is positioned for granular products. For juice, soy milk, yogurt or compatible semi-liquids, evaluate the LPM-300 instead.
The listed maximum is up to 90 bags per minute. Actual speed depends on the product, filling volume, bag size, film and optional functions.
The currently listed range is 150–500 ml. Because this is a volume range, the corresponding weight depends on product density.
It can be evaluated for puffed snacks, but the feeding, dosing and discharge systems should be selected to reduce product-drop height and breakage.
The current specification lists back-seal, gusseted, connected and punched bags. The required format must be confirmed from a bag drawing.
Printed film may be used when the correct registration tracking and film-feeding configuration are included. Provide the film artwork or a sample for confirmation.
Nitrogen flushing is not confirmed as part of the current standard specification. Request it explicitly if required.
The final dosing or weighing system must be listed in the quotation. It should be selected according to the product, target weight and accuracy requirement.
The current specification lists 220V power and 0.55 MPa compressed air. Frequency, phase and final air consumption must be confirmed before ordering.
Provide the product sample, target weight, product density, bag dimensions, film specification, required speed, bag style, voltage and destination country.
The correct snack-packing configuration depends on the product, target weight, bag and required speed.
